1. Introduction & Agreement
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Oakland Software Co ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Moxy Messenger application ("App"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. License Grant
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these terms.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Content of Messages
You are solely responsible for the content of the messages you schedule and send using the App. You agree not to use the App to send any content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
3.2 Delivery
The App relies on iOS system notifications to trigger the sending of messages. While the App is designed to be reliable, we cannot guarantee the delivery of every message due to potential system-level limitations or restrictions. The app is a scheduling tool, not a guaranteed delivery service.
4. Subscriptions
The App may offer premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions. All payments are handled by the Apple App Store, and your use of such services is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled in your device's Settings under your Apple ID.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The App is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
