Frequent Questions

  • Are messages sent automatically?

    No, Apple’s restrictions prevent us from automatically sending your scheduled messages. Our intuitive solution takes advantage of push notifications as a workaround.

  • What happens to my message after it’s scheduled?

    Once scheduled, your message is added to the scheduling queue. When it’s time, Moxy will send you a notification with the message attached. Simply tap to send.

  • Can I make changes to a message after it’s scheduled?

    Yes, scheduled messages can be edited at any time before being sent.

  • Do I have to allow access to my contacts?

    Moxy only accesses contacts to retrieve contact info. However it’s mot required - you can enter contact info manually.

  • Am I able to send photos and videos?

    Moxy allows you to attach images to your message, but not videos. We plan to expand our attachment options soon.

  • Can I setup reoccurring messages?

    Reoccurring messages is under development but is not available yet. We’re working to polish the experience.

  • Can I schedule mass texts?

    We currently support group messages, but not mass texts sent to recipients separately.

  • How can I manage / cancel my subscription?

    Visit Manage Subscription on our Settings page to manage your subscription via the App Store.

  • My message status is Late. What does that mean?

    Mesages that aren’t sent out on time will reflect a Late status. They will remain at the top of your queue until sent, rescheduled, or archived.

  • What are archived messages?

    Messages that are sent or deleted are stored in your archive. They can edited or rescheduled at anytime until permanently deleted.

  • How can I request a refund?
